Granby House - Disability Access Statement

• Granby House is in the centre of the town with ample parking.
• Front door has a 7" high step with a width of 32".
• There are no guest bedrooms on the ground floor
• Staircase with 18 steps leads to the first floor, two of our en-suite and single room with private bathroom, further 9 steps to the next en-suite twin room, finally 5 steps to the second floor with a double and family suite both en-suite.
• While we welcome all visitors with disabilities, we feel the property is unsuitable for wheel chair users.
• We are totally non-smoking and unable to accommodate assistance dogs.
• Guests breakfast room is on the ground floor.
• Special diets can be requested.
• No food to be consumed in the rooms.
• All mobile networks can be accessed within the house, exept Orange which has limited access.
