Granby House Bed & Breakfast is in the elegant Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. This is an ideal location from which to explore the many attractions of North Wales, including the coast, Snowdonia, and Anglesey.
Llandudno itself offers plenty for the visitor with its fine unspoilt promenade, pier and beach. You can take a cable car up to the summit of the Great Orme, or go up on the tram, and enjoy the stunning views from the top. There are also Bronze Age Copper Mines on the Great Orme which are well worth a visit.
Llandudno is also a great place to do a bit of shopping with a wide range of shops including well known names such as Debenhams and Marks and Spencer.
The area has many historical attractions including the walled town of Conwy with its fine castle. There are also other castles to be visited at Caernarfon, Dolwyddelan and Harlech. Wales is famous for its steam railways, and the Ffestiniog Railway, Welsh Highland Railway, Snowdon Mountain Railway and Llangollen Railway are all within easy reach.
Activities to be enjoyed include walking and climbing in Snowdonia and mountain biking (cycle storage is available at Granby House). There are numerous local golf courses including the North Wales and Maesdu golf clubs in Llandudno, as well as clubs in Conwy, Rhos-on-Sea and Betws-y-Coed. Birdwatchers can visit the local RSPB reserve at Conwy.

Granby House is centrally located in Llandudno for both the shops and the seafront. There are plenty of places to eat in Llandudno within easy walking distance, with prices to suit all pockets.

Granby House Bed & Breakfast is in the popular Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno on the North Wales coast and is well connected to the UK's road network via North Wales's A55 coastal expressway which links to the M6, and the A5 from the M54. There is a train station in the town which connects to Llandudno Junction station which is on the UK mainline network. Car parking is available at Granby House.
By Car: From the A55 leave at junction 18 signposted to Deganwy. Follow the A546 (Maesdu Road). Turn right at the mini round-about onto Glodaeth Avenue and take the third right turning into Deganwy Avenue. We are on the left-hand side at the bottom of the street.
From Coach Station: Turn right onto Broadway. Then, turn left into Vaughan Street and continue following the directions from the Railway Station (see below).
From Railway Station: Turn left out of the train station onto Augusta Street, then over the traffic lights onto Madoc Street. At the top of Madoc Street turn left onto Lloyd Street then next right onto Deganwy Avenue. We are about 100 yards on the right-hand side.
